In “Yin Yang”(2009-2011) representational imagery is abandoned in favor of a more free-flow spontaneity expressive of the media.  Distinct layers interpenetrate. Instead of using only oil paint, the process now includes a base of acrylic and/or black ink referencing Asian calligraphy.
